We will enjoy a wonderful day in the majestic Elqui Valley, visiting some picturesque villages full of charms and traditions. We will learn from the process of making pisco and we will taste its exquisite varieties. we’ll know part of gabriela Mistral’s life and work. We’ll have lunch at a restaurant in the town of vicuña, enjoying its exquisite gastronomy. We’ll also meet about the derivatives of the copao and papaya.
During the afternoon, we’ll return to La Serena.
